1) Offer Traweeh: Obviously, the night starts after Iftar, and the first thing you should do is to offer Esha prayer and Traweeh on this night. Attend the Traweeh prayer happily and cheerfully, as it is the last Traweeh of Ramadan. Usually, Traweeh completes on the 27th of Ramadan. However, for the rest of the 2 or 3 fasts of Ramadan, special Traweeh prayers are offered.

2) Attend Khatam Al Quran: On the 27th night of Ramadan, most of the Masajid complete Traweeh and offer Khatam Al Quran. You must attend this Khatam and engage in the special dua of the Khatam Al Quran.

3) Offer Voluntary Prayers: Throughout the country, this practice is followed that many Masajid offer voluntary prayers, including Salat Tasbeeh, Salat al Khair, and other Nawafil prayers.

4) Do Special Dua: A special dua is recommended to be done, in the light of the Hadith, on this special night. Hazrat Aisah said;

"I asked the Messenger of Allah: 'O Messenger of Allah, if I know what night is the night of Qadr, what should I say during it?' He said: 'Say: O Allah, You are pardoning and You love to pardon, so pardon me."'(Book 5, Hadith 57).

The Arabic translation of this dua is:

“اللْهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُعَنِّي”

Allahumma innaka `afuwwun tuhibbul `afwa fa`fu `annee.

5) Do Itkaf: Usually, Itkaf starts on the 21st Ramadan and lasts until the Shawal or Eid al Fitr moon appears. However, some people who cannot do a ten-day Itkaf due to some reasons may also do a three-day Itkaf from the 27th of Ramadan. If possible, you can start Itkaf before this night.
